The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news - A post to recap the past week on my blog. Showcase books and things I may have received. Share a bit of news about myself and what to expect on my blog in the upcoming week.
I finally had my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season at Starbucks while shopping at Barnes & Noble. I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks, I prefer Dutch Bros Coffee, unfortunately they don’t have a Dutch Bros in Cheyenne.
I’ve spent the last four day’s visiting my parents, doing things around the house and helping them get ready for winter. My sister and I helped my dad remove old snow fencing and posts, we had to use a jack to get those pesky posts out. Then we put up new snow fencing in another area. I’m feeling a bit sore today from using the fence post driver, but it was a good workout. The evening weather is much cooler here than in Colorado, I was hoping for snow, no such luck!
What I am currently reading/listening to:
Dirty Headlines by L.J. Shen
Heir to a media empire.
...And my new boss.
I could have impressed him, if not for last month's unforgettable one-night stand.
I left it with more than orgasms and a pleasant memory--namely, his wallet.
Now he's staring me down like I'm the dirt under his Italian loafers, and I'm supposed to take it.
But the thing about being Judith "Jude" Humphry is I have nothing to lose.
Heir to a stack of medical bills and a tattered couch.
When he looks at me from across the room, I see the glint in his eyes, and that makes us rivals. He knows it.
So do I.
Every day in the newsroom is a battle.
Every night in his bed, war.
But it's my heart at stake, and I fear I'll be raising the white flag.
What I read/listened to this past week:

Stacking the Shelves #53:
Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews and co-hosted by Reading Reality. It’s all about sharing the latest books I've added to my shelves; may it be physical or virtual. I include books I borrow from the library, audiobooks, gifts and of course eBooks.
This weekend I took advantage of the 20% off Member sale at Barnes & Noble. I was super excited to find Katherine of Aragón in the bargain section and it was the last one. I’ve had the Six Tudor Queens on my reading list for some time after a recommendation for a friend.
