Inky Edition of the Sunday Post #12

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news - A post to recap the past week on my blog. Showcase books and things I may have received. Share a bit of news about myself and what to expect on my blog in the upcoming week.

Everyday Life:

I spent that last week in Wyoming visiting my parents. It was a nice relaxing time. The fur babies had a wonderful time playing in the snow. Yes, that’s correct… SNOW. It started snowing Friday evening and continued through Saturday.

I took the box of unhauled books to the used book store and turned them in for store credit. I’m looking forward to using that credit this summer. The book owner was a bit surprised that I didn’t make any purchases, very unusual for my visits to Wyoming.

I’m traveling home today, I will get about three hours of audiobook listening in and I'm looking forward to it.

What I am currently reading:

The Ex by Alafair Burke (audiobook)

What I read/listened to this past week:

I Liked My Life by Abby Fabiaschi (audiobook)
Judgment Road (Torpedo Ink #1) by Christine Feehan

Stacking the Shelves #44

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews and co-hosted by Reading Reality. It’s all about sharing the latest books I have added to my shelves; may it be physical or virtual. I can include books I buy in a store or online, books I borrow from friends or the library, audiobooks, gifts and of course eBooks.

The e-books/audiobooks I borrowed from the library this week:

Judgment Road (Torpedo Ink #1) by Christine Feehan
The Ex by Alafair Burke (audiobook)

Last week on Inky Impression:

Spring Time in the Rockies:

I took this photo yesterday morning from my parent’s driveway and by late afternoon all the snow had melted.

Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful week. -J

  2. I love taking books to my used book store for credit as well! I don't feel as bad if I have trade credit and get a book with it compared to using my actual money. Lol.

  3. I love used book stores and turning books in for credit is nice, knowing that I'll be getting some new (used) stuff at some point. :) And awesome pic! I think we're done with the snow here, finally, although we did get some last week so you never know!

    Have a supr week!
