Everything is Eggcellant

Yesterday it was a beautiful First Day of Spring here I Colorado… I took advantage of the great weather and went for a ride on my motorcycle. Didn’t really go far, just a quick trip downtown and then made my way home. Sorry no pictures to share… maybe next time.

Today I stayed home and took it easy… no cleaning house or no workouts. Why? My quadriceps are really sore and it’s very comical watching me walk down the steps. The last couple times I went the gym I decided to add to my workout using the Eliptical… once I got the hang of the movement I really liked it, I never thought I was that coordinated to use one (wink). I’ve been sore since yesterday but I’m pretty sure I’ll be ready to get back on the Eliptical for tomorrow’s am workout.

Here is an Easter cards that I made, this one is for my parents. My mom really enjoys the House Mouse cards I send them… I’m sure she will enjoy this Happy Hoppers card as well. This Happy Hopper image is Eggcellant and I’ve had it for quite a while, I’ve just been patiently waiting for Easter to come. I recently purchased Hollyhock cardstock (CTMH) and I was pleasantly surprised to see how wonderful it coordinated with Blush cardstock (CTMH). I will definitely pair those two colors together again. For this card each egg was outlined using Stardust Gelly Pen… it gives it that wonderful shimmer when the card is tilted. Thanks for reading ~
