I now have a new laptop… I’ve always told myself that I would never get one because I just never really liked the feel (hand position) of using a laptop. Riley and Austin’s PC quit working a while ago and with school starting I decided it was time to give them my desktop PC and get me a new one. Lately I’ve been really envious of Bryan with his laptop… since we’re wireless he surfs all over the house and I was stuck in the home office! Now I can take my laptop with me to my stamping area… whoo hoo! Bryan has been really busy getting all my files and software transferred over (he takes such good care of me). However I am a bit disappointed that I can’t get my Rebel XTi software to work with Windows Vista… hopefully Canon will have an update soon. Bryan set up my laptop so I can access my files upstairs… that’s how I’ll be getting my photos… a little extra click here and there and it works great.

I went for a motorcycle ride this evening after dinner. I didn’t stay out to long, about 45 minutes. It started cooling down some and I didn’t take a jacket with me, (I have nowhere to store a jacket). I’ve been looking into getting saddle bags for my bike. I’m really picky and I’m looking for some that are “girly”… I’m having a hard time finding those. If anyone has some great links for kind of "girly" saddle bags, please send me the link! I would really appreciate it.

Now onto stamping: A while back a friend sent me a couple of pre-folded cards from DCWV. I’ve been saving them until I found the ideal image to go along with the circles… I think I found those images, Spot Light and Wagon Ride (both Happy Hopper, Stampabilites). I used both card fronts to make the following cards. I layered the circle background (DCWV pre-fold) onto a solid cardstock base. Thanks for visiting ~ Jovi

  2. What awesome cards. The colouring is amazing. Love how the colours in the image, and in the paper, match so nice. I'm currently working on a house mouse card. Aren't the mice and bunnies cute? Sorry, I can't help with saddle bags--well the ones you buy--I have big saddle bags on my butt--LOL.
