What's on Your Workdesk? Wednesday 135

Happy New Year! I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to 2012 .

It's been awhile since I updated my blog and do you believe I've actually been crafting the last couple of days, what a great opportunity to participate in What's on Your Work-desk Wednesday. Although I am a little embarrassed to share my workspace today... for me it's pretty messy.

I've been working on cards using new Inky Antics images... unfortunately I had to hide those because those sets are not released just yet, but soon. To the right I have out my little Janome Sew Mini, I've decided that I like stitching on cards... only because I'm getting better at sewing a straight line!

After all these years of stamping I finally purchased my first Whipper Snapper image, Yin & Yang... I'm so looking forward to using it. I'm sure next time I make it back to Archiver's I'll come home with another one.

This is the other side of my room, my cutting area. I usually clean up between card making but today I was out of practice and paper collections just ended up mixed together, it was not fun cleaning up.

  4. Cant wait to see what you are making......I saw the coolest tip on like of blogs of a design team...think it was MFT but Icould be wrong...they tape 6x6 envies (cut off the flap)on the back of each paper pad and put their scraps in the envy. I went through and did mine like that and I am in paper heaven now!!! Glad your are back to crafting!!!

  6. I like the look of sewing on cards and layouts, but 7th grade Home Ec gave me sewing phobia. *grin*
