WOYWW

WOYWW 16 Mar 2011

Last week for WOYWW I was in the process of unmounting all my single stamps, which I finally finished yesterday. Today for WOYWW I'm creating covers for the 3 ring binders that store my stamps, the finished page will slide inside the protective area of the binder. After I complete the cover page I'm going to add a little something along the spine as well, not sure yet what I'm going to do with the back cover, maybe a piece of coordinating cardstock.

This page will be used for my Inky Antics binder, I picked out some of my favorite images and I'm in the process of coloring them. I just LOVE this paper, it's from Close to My Heart, the Mayberry paper packet... I must order more in-case I start a start a scrapbook.

As you can see the binders are very plain, this is one of six 3 ring binders that I'm going to decorate.

Inside the binder I used Sunday International's EZ Mount stamp storage panels, Stamp n Stor, to hold my rubber stamps.

I'm also using this binder to hold the Inky Antics clear stamps as well. I purchased these fabulous Paper/Stamp Organizer from Close to My Heart which are 8 1/2 x 11 and very sturdy. They fit Inky Antics bigger clear sets perfectly.

Well, that's what I'm on working on today. Make sure to stop over at Julie’s blog Stamping Ground to see more links to other WOYWW participants work-desks. Thanks for visiting ~ Jovi

  1. Ah, so I'm not the only one to unmount stamps! Love the binder pages, I have some that are similar, and what is weird is that Hero Arts Cling mount stamps won't stick to them... odd.

  5. I love that chest on the left with your Copics in. In fact I quite like the look of your whole desk - so neat and tidy and clean looking. Good luck with the stamps - mine are kept on A5 sheets in a tin but too many now to change things. besides which I found some of them fell off when I kept them in a binder.
    Stay happy and enjoy WOYWW.

  10. Wow! I had a look back at last weeks post to see how many stamps you were un-mounting! Again, WOW! You seem to have a great system there for storing all the unmounted stamps. My mounted stamps are taking up a lot of room but I just can't do it, I enjoy looking at them and the wood too much :)
    Thanks for visiting me!

  12. Nice work space. Love all the images. I am organizing my studio g's in binders and the bigger stamps in DVD cases. I used to be part of the Unity stamp club and each month they sent us some awesome stamp sets. I have way to many stamps. I think I am going to quit buying and use what I have. Sorry I am so late getting around this week. Thanks for sharing. Vickie #52

  13. Which job of removing wooden blocks from the stamps. I tested a couple but they get so sticky on the back. I use Tack'n'Peel why I do not need to have any EZ-foam (and I do not want the back to be sticky). How are you doing? It's so nice to see other people's scrapbooking room. Your's is a dream - lots of work space and not so much mess :)
