Clean & Simple 128

I finally finished my card for this week's Clean & Simple Stamping sketch challenge, Sketch 128. I must have stamped this flower at least six times and with each mess up a new die cut. I can't believe how long it took to make, it wasn't very simple for me!

I couldn't decide on what color flower to use, once I decide on yellow (buttercup & honey) it took me just as long to add embellishments... and I'm still not too sure about the button, maybe a cluster of smaller buttons would have been more appealing, embellishment time always is difficult for me.

Thanks for visiting ~ Jovi

  1. May I suggest a smaller button? Either way, beautiful card.

  2. Thanks Sue, I was also thinking a smaller button, this one just seems too large. Good thing it's only secured with a glue dot ;)

  3. Looks great! Love that flower image. A smaller one or a cluster like you said would look good too, but it still looks fine the way it is. :0)

  4. Simple can take forever because you still want it to be wow! I think you did a great job here. :) I think the button size is fine but maybe I would have left the two edges of the ribbon poking out from under it? Still, I love it!
