Penny Black 6

This week’s Penny Black Saturday Challenge is "Snow Much Fun" a card featuring snow in some way!

It was kind of weird for me to make a wintery card, especially when it was so warm here in Colorado Springs and I was in stamping with the air conditioner on. I have so many wonderful winter theme Penny Black stamps, it was hard for me to decide which once I wanted to use for this challenge. Once I laid them out it was easy to decide… snowman!

For this card I used the image Skiing Snowman. I stamped the image onto Watercolor Paper using Colorbox Black Pigment Ink and then I use Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder… and it’s really sparkly. I added a Gemstone onto each of the scallops…I was able to use my new Nestabilities. I finished the card using a snowflake charm tied with silver cord.

Thanks for visiting ~ Jovi
