Thinking of Cookies

This is the card I made for SCS Limited Supply Challenge #113 (LSC113). The challenge was Make it Masculine: Use stamps you wouldn’t consider masculine and turn it into a masculine card. I don’t consider Snoopy to be masculine, especially when he’s thinking of chocolate chip cookies! This was the first time I participated in a LSC and it was hard… I’m terrible at making masculine cards, but I had to make one!

I’m giving this card to my nephew who recently broke his nose while boxing. He had his nose repositioned on Friday… ouch! I’m sure he’ll enjoy the box of cookies I’m giving him along with the card.

Of course Snoopy had to be white, so I stamped Snoopy on a white piece of cardstock, cut him out and then glued him over the Bamboo color Snoopy (Paper Pieceing). All the cardstock, patterned paper and embellishments are from CTMH.

Stamps: Snoopy Thinking of Cookies (Stampabilites) ~ Ink: Noir Palette ~ Paper: Bamboo, Cocoa, Olive (all CTMH), White, Rustic Trail Patterned Paper (CTMH) ~ Other: Big Impressions Weave #1, Autumn Terracotta Photo Clip (CTMH), Designer Cocoa Ribbon (CTMH), Gamsol & Prismacolor Pencils

  1. I have loved Snoopy since I was a little girl. Your card is adorable and I'm sure your nephew will appreciate it (and your cookies too!).
